What will you do?
In this role, you will actively contribute to developing the CRM strategy for our national and international EQOM brands, including EasyToys and Adam et Ev e. You’ll play a key role in setting up, updating, and optimizing our customer journey, ensuring that every interaction is impactful and memorable. You will also be responsible for creating compelling lead generation campaigns with our signature EasyToys twist .
By leveraging data and customer insights, you’ll identify specific audiences and target them with segmented, relevant email marketing. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable input into our A/B testing roadmap, constantly striving to improve the performance and relevance of our communications.
Who are yo?
You are an experienced CRM marketer with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You excel in working with email sendout platforms like Klaviyo, DeployTeq, or similar systems, and you have a solid understanding of Google Analytics 4, along with basic knowledge of HTML. Your expertise in statistical methods and A/B testing makes you an invaluable asset to any marketing team.
As a team player, you naturally take responsibility for your projects and are always ready to challenge the status quo to drive innovation. You communicate effectively in English, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
